She is currently studying at Mike Boyles Strength and Conditioning, which is one of the top fitness and performance centers in the world.
In her time at Discover Movement, Mackenzie has transformed clients of all ages. Coach Mackenzie builds a special relationship with each client, and is a crucial part of our training team.
Mackenzie’s ability to bring the athlete out of everyone around her stems from her own abilities. Mackenzie is a former college volleyball all star player and was featured in the Boston Globe for her outstanding athleticism and leader mentality. She now teaches young athletes as a head volleyball coach.
Mackenzie has a unique background that allows her to help people make lasting change. With a masters degree in behavioral psychology, Mackenzie is able to identify the root causes of why people are struggling to be the best versions of themselves. When it comes to moving better, reducing pain, getting stronger, or losing weight, the mental and physical factors are both equally important.
Mackenzie has spent many years around the health and fitness industry. She has a wide range of experience, from running high intensity group training classes to creating individualized private programs.
