Alex joined the strength and conditioning field as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in the fall of 2022 and got hired following his graduation in 2023.
During that time, Alex also served as the Sprinting Coach at NCAA DI Merrimack College after competing for the team throughout his undergraduate degree.
Alex received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Merrimack College. He is also CFSC Level 2 Certified and First Aid, CPR & AED Certified.
His background in sprinting created a love for speed & power which is one of his biggest passions in coaching. His coaching style and approach is shaped by his focused study of motivation & intent and he enjoys trying different ways to create passion and drive in his clients toward their goals.
