Discover Movement was founded with a passion to build high quality, research based, custom personal training. Training that will produce strong bodies that move well and feel great, for life. Our programs are unique, since they are built for each individual using both exercise science and musculoskeletal rehabilitation techniques.
Using movement assessments and program customization, we are able to help people to move better, get stronger, improve body composition, and reduce the risk of any future injuries.
Train one on one with a personal trainer in a private studio space. Private training eliminates the one size fits all approach and works specifically on your body and your goals.
We start your training with a fifteen point movement assessment in order to identify areas of focus. From here we build a custom program with full body strength, conditioning, and mobility work that is all based on your specific wants and needs.
Join one of our classes in a private studio space. Group training classes are lead by certified functional strength coaches. We maintain a max of a 1 to 3 coach to client ratio in order to provide plenty of individual teaching opportunities.
TPI golf fitness focuses on creating a body that can produce a physically efficient swing. We do not just want to improve your game, we want to protect you from injury and allow you to play the game you love for a very long time. A detailed swing specific movement assessment will identify where we need to focus our efforts.
Areas with physical limitations, weaknesses, or lacking in sufficient power will be uncovered and then targeted in our custom golf fitness program.
For those dealing with a lack of flexibility, reduced range of motion, or painful joints, private mobility coaching will be right for you. Work with a mobility specialist in a private studio space. We will start with a movement assessment and get to the root of the issue.
We will custom build your journey to better movement and health by targeting specific areas. Our goal is to improve joint strength and health, decrease pain, and future proof the body. Mobility coaching is offered privately (1 on 1) or in a semi private class (up to 3).
Create freedom in your joints and gain control of your body. Join one of our mobility classes in a private studio space. Learn how to increase your movement capacity using bodyweight and mobility training equipment Group training classes are lead by a certified functional movement coach.
We maintain a max of a 1 to 3 coach to client ratio in order to provide plenty of individualization.
Work with a highly trained orthopedic massage therapist for pain management, performance, or general recovery. Our massage is more like physical therapy than typical relaxation massage. Show up to your session in something comfortable that we can work around and that you can move around in (shorts, t-shirt, sports bra, etc).
We practice using deep tissue, active release, myofascial, Graston, cupping, and more. Our massage sessions often conclude movement and bodyweight exercises in order to create lasting changes in every session.

We offer a free 30 minute session which includes your initial interview and tour of our space. If we are a good fit, our first official paid session will follow and includes an assessment, a workout or an orthopedic treatment if you are a massage therapy client. We are open to answering questions any time via email, text, or phone call.
After your first session, your coach will recommend a plan going forward. Number of sessions will depend on you and your goals. Recommendations will also vary depending on if you're seeing us for pain management or fitness training.
Our team members have been strength and conditioning coaches for a long time, some since 2012. We hold many years of experience working as both fitness and rehabilitation coaches with average adults to olympic athletes, and everything in between.
Discover Movement coaches come from a variety of health and fitness fields. For this reason, we do not attract a specific demographic. We have worked with high school athletes, middle age adults, police officers, military, Boston Symphony Orchestra musicians, Olympic rowers, etc. There really isn’t a specific audience.
